This is an acrylic on canvas painting, 24X36. This is a typical Northwest Highland scene from Scotland. The heather here is in full bloom, creating a purple hue in the rolling hills both closeup and far away. The sheep own the Highlands and drivers soon come to respect that fact. Pitlochry is a Highland town that happens to be a favourite of both Rozi and I. It is one of those places, like this scene that will keep us going back to Scotland.
